A lecturify course is in plain text format, delivered via IRC chat.

Please see contact to join our channel and try our existing courses.

We have courses about UNIX and about journalism and news writing.

Like an internship or a class, practicing these topics with lecturify helps you learn new skills.

To add your own course, please convert it to plain text format (markdown) and add prompts.

After each prompt, write '----', it will be like a horizontal line. The tutoring chat bot will stop and wait.

Prompts give the participants time to finish the assigned task and discuss it in live chat with an available tutor.

Example:

Hi, my name is Sam. I'm talking about biology today.
The first part of the class is a classification of living beings.
They can be either plants or animals.
The main difference is that animals can move on their own, while plants are stationary.
Let's discuss this. Give examples of two or three plants that you know, and examples of two or three animals.
----
Awesome. (There are some exceptions; for example, sundew plant moves to close its leaves to enclose an insect that it caught.)
Now we can discuss another difference, breathing.
Animals inhale more O2 and exhale more CO2. Plants often do the opposite.
Tell what you know about O2 and CO2. What happens in it after it enters a plant or an animal?
----
Thank you for reading biology with me today. Please send your feedback to sam@lecturify.net Thanks!
